4 month check up

Finally went to Brocks 4 month check up! Just a couple weeks late. He will be 5 months old on the 29th opps. The doctor was again blown away by how much he can do at such a young age! I love hearing such positive feed back every time we see a doctor! He weights 13lbs 14 oz which is 7% so he is pretty skinny! But we work so hard on that! He is 26.8 inches long which is 86% he is pretty dang tall! and his head is 16 inches which is 54%! I loved all the numbers! He is doing amazing!

I got a new camera last weekend and have been having some fun with it lately! so enjoy the photo dump!

I am doing this post from my phone and having a hard time changing the direction of the photo.
But Brock did amazing at his eeg. He slept through most of it and was calm when he was awake.

doesn't look very fun to me. But he passed with flying colors. He is seizure free and we get to gradually start stopping his seizure medicine. I can't wait to be done with it. 

The Dr told us that most kids who have shunts and seizures have some abnormal brain activity during the eeg but he didn't even see that on Brocks. Major prayers being answered. This kid is a rock star. 

4 months old

SERIOUSLY I can't believe my baby is already 4 months old. Time really does go by too fast.

Brock loves to play with toys! Especially ones that he can chew on.  

The spit beard is a normal look these days. 

He is about to cut some teeth. We can see his front 2 top teeth ready to burst. We will be very thankful when they do. Poor little man isn't sleeping very well and refuses to nap for more than 45 minutes at a time. But he is still pretty happy and of course gives me tons of smiles. 

We  haven't had his 4 month check up yet so I don't know his stats. He has an EEG on his brain on Monday to see if he still needs to be on seizure medications. Really hoping that we can be done with that! 

Love this little man so much. So thankful he is ours forever!
